TriFact365 sometimes gets the question: The document I uploaded is difficult to read. How is that possible? The answer to this question is diverse. There are various reasons why a document is less readable. It is therefore important as a user to make proper use of TriFact365’s upload capabilities to ensure a high standard.
Which standard should I apply?
- Upload original files
 - File formats such as PDF and Word are uploaded via the portal or via e-mail
 - Receipts are uploaded using the TriFact365 mobile app
 
What should I take into account?
Portal
- Upload documents via Explorer, also for online (cloud) storage
 - Know which file formats are supported
 
- Make sure the documents are attached
 - Make straight and legible scans of paper documents
 - The resolution of a scan must be at least 200 dpi
 - Use the subject of the email or bulk document split
 - Automatically forward received documents
 
Mobile app
- Take an easy-to-read photo with the mobile app
 - One receipt per photo
 - Make sure the photo is straight
 - Photograph up close
 - Crop the photo to show just the receipt
