Simple scan and recognize app, linked to my accounting system. Recognition goes well, although not everything is always recognized. The app is also constantly being developed in terms of appearance and with new features and better recognition. The support responds very quickly to questions, my compliments. All in all definitely recommended!

Within our companies we have implemented Trifact365 and this saves us an enormous amount of time. We are linked with Exact Online, but by running everything centrally through Trifact365 we have to switch less between administrations and we get duplicate invoices between them faster.

For almost 4 years now we have been using Trifact365 in combination with AFAS for processing invoices etc. in our clients’ administrations, and to the full satisfaction of both our clients and our employees. Uploading via email or the app works nice and convenient, not only for invoices but also for e.g. receipts (just take a picture in the app, upload and done). The processing of the documents in the administration software is faster, with less chance of errors and there is always an overview of the status of the processing. Moreover, Trifact365 continues to innovate to make the process better, smarter and more convenient for users.

As an accountant, I like working with Trifact365 as an alternative to the more expensive scan and recognize functions in certain accounting packages. Convenience serves man and so does trifact365! Processing purchase invoices is 4 to 5 times faster, the system learns itself and that is great. Only the recognition of multiple VAT types is difficult but that is nice for me then I remain necessary 🙂 I can certainly recommend Trifact365 as a good alternative.I also use it for processing sales invoices that some customers insist on continuing to make in excel.

TriFact365 works clearly and conveniently. The usage speaks for itself. Compared to the previous program I used, TriFact365 has very few failures and if something goes wrong, they have a very extensive knowledge base or are quickly accessible. With other parties, I then have to file a ticket and then I have to wait and see if I get my turn, but with TriFact365 I get in touch quickly.

What appeals to me about TriFact365 is the convenience. Earlier we processed all invoices manually and that took a lot of time. Now everything is copied and some important data is already saved automatically right away. That really is a huge improvement!

Frequently Asked Questions

How are the costs calculated?

The monthly invoice is determined automatically. The invoice lists the costs of the subscription, the number of administrations, the total number of documents sent to TriFact365, and the number of authorization/procuration users. The invoice contains a specification with the number of documents per administration.

How does TriFact365 handle split documents?

If a document is split into multiple documents, TriFact365 only counts the individual documents (the document to be split is not counted in that case).

How does TriFact365 handle multiple pages?

For documents consisting of multiple pages, an additional document is calculated for every 5 pages. A document consisting of 18 pages is calculated as 4 documents.

Can I expect additional costs?

No.

How do I pay for the subscription?

The invoice is charged monthly in arrears. You will receive the invoice (PDF) automatically by e-mail. Payment is made by direct debit.

How does the fair use policy of the Fixed subscription work?

50 documents per administration are included per month. €0.06 is charged per additional document.
Example
For 100 administrations, a fair use of 5,000 documents applies. If you process 5,050 documents in a month, the fair use is exceeded by 50 documents.

What is the duration of the subscription?

The term of the Variable subscription is 1 month. The subscription is automatically extended. The notice period is 1 month.
The term of the Fixed subscription is 3 months. The subscription is automatically extended. The notice period is 3 months.

Can I get a volume discount as a bulk user?

Volume discount is automatically calculated in both subscriptions.
