Renewed mobile app

This page explains the functionalities of the renewed mobile app. Via email, users have received instructions on how to download the mobile app.

Login

  1. Open TriFact365’s app.
  2. Log in with your user’s e-mail address and password.

Take and upload photo

  1. Tap ‘Upload’ in the menu.
  2. Select ‘Upload via camera’ or ‘Upload via gallery’. Take or select a photo.
  3. Select an administration.
  4. Optionally, you can crop the photo and add a description and/or comment.
  5. Tap ‘+ Upload’ to send the photo.

View upload history

  1. Tap ‘Upload history’ in the menu.
  2. If necessary, apply an administration filter via ‘Select an administration’.
  3. All uploads are sorted by month. For each upload, the description, upload date and time and the name of the administration are shown.
  4. Tap an upload to view the photo and any accompanying comment.
  5. The Upload History is not connected to the TriFact365 portal and shows only the documents that have been successfully uploaded using the mobile app.
  6. Documents uploaded with an older version (up to version 2.3.12) of the mobile app are not shown in the Upload History of the new version. However, these documents are and will remain present in the TriFact365 portal and can be viewed via the Backlog and/or the Archive.
  7. Documents uploaded with a new version (from 3.0.1) of the mobile app and no longer than 12 months ago will be shown in the Upload History.

Authorise/procure document

  1. Tap ‘Home’ in the menu.
  2. This shows how many documents are ready to be authorised/procured for each administration.
  3. Tap an administration. The first document to be authorised/procured is displayed.
  4. The ‘Document’ tab allows you to view the document
  5. The ‘History’ tab allows you to view the history of the document
  6. Swipe left to reject a document or tap the ‘Reject’ button.
  7. Swipe right to approve a document or tap the ‘Approve’ button.
  8. Tap the three dots (—) at the top right to skip the document.

Settings

  1. Tap ‘Settings’ in the menu.
  2. Go to ‘Language’ to change the app’s language to English, German, French or Spanish.
  3. Go to ‘Appearance’ to apply a light or dark mode of the app.
  4. Go to ‘Push notifications’ to turn on push notifications for documents to be authorised/procured.
  5. Go to ‘Save photos after upload’ to automatically save captured photos to your smartphone after uploading.
