Frequently asked questions
The monthly invoice is determined automatically. The invoice shows the cost of the subscription, the number of administrations, the total number of documents uploaded, and the number of users. The invoice contains a breakdown with the number of documents per administration
If a document is split into multiple documents, TriFact365 only counts the individual documents (i.e. the document to be split is not counted in that case).
For documents consisting of multiple pages, an additional document is calculated per 5 pages. A document consisting of 18 pages is counted as 4 documents.
The invoice is charged monthly in arrears. You will automatically receive the invoice (PDF) by e-mail. Payment takes place via direct debit.
The duration of the Standard and Plus subscription for companies is 1 month.
The subscription is renewed automatically. The notice period is 1 month.
When you upload a lot of documents per month, you automatically get a volume discount. The discount works as follows:
< 2,500 documents per month: € 0.17 per document
> 2,500 documents per month: € 0.12 per additional document
> 6,750 documents per month: € 0.06 per additional document
